Bear Creek Funked Up The Florida Fans!

Three Generations of Funk harmonically converged at the fabulous Third Annual Bear Creek Music & Art Festival November 12 through November 15, 2009.

Two Pillars of Funk Parliament Funkadelic keyboard wizard Bernie Worrell and James Brown’s Fred Wesley kept the original school funk groove fireworks blazing. Bear Creek is officially confirmed as the Southeast’s hottest camp – fest party under the stars and the crystal clear blue skies of Florida Sunshine!
Funk, Blues, Jazz, Soul & Rock lit up the funky fire Bear Creek Music Festival as several thousand happy campers danced from noon through the cool night.
Festival fans surrounded by beautiful moss covered oak trees enjoyed six  non – stop performance stages. The fabled Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park is Florida’s finest venue and natural camp – fest destination.  Delicious festival food, great merchandise vendors and friendly faces made the weekend complete.
